It says it is the most up to date and yet when I buy it it is 4 f•••ing years old I am studying to be a maintenance technician how can this help anyone when it is 4 years old I would like my money back unless this gets updated. Also it comes with some useless "certification" which is basically proof that you wasted 10 dollars. Do not buy.
I love this app very useful for my maintenance class! Saves me a lot of time & keeps my backpack lightweight instead of having to carry my 10 pound book! I wish you could highlight the reading, view chapters easily or have a keyword search that would make this app much better.
Although the material is good and up to date (previous rater needs to realize that), all the content is available for free on the FAA website. You can download the PDF files by chapter and read them in iBooks or another app. The only thing this app gives you is a certificate (whatever good thats for). since the material is available for free, I think charging $10 for this is way overboard. Especially when first searching I saw it was only $6. Opened the link to iTunes and now $10. By the way, I knew all this before purchasing but I like the idea of having one app for the book. My big issue is the fact the when viewing in landscape the book has to be zoomed way in to read. In portrait it is acceptable. For the $10, way overpriced. If it was an actual ePub book I would have paid double.
Save your money!!!!! This app is a less than PDF of the text book. I am not impressed and the description leads you to believe you will complete some type of activity. This is not true. You can go and check the table of contents and print a useless certificate. Save your money. I want a refund!!
